Inspired by his daughter Karina, a devoted fan of American Ninja Warrior, he decided to take on the challenge of competing on the show. By integrating plyometrics and calisthenics into his training regimen, Choi has participated in the competition seven times and is excited to share the experience with his daughter in the upcoming 2025 season.
